Hi Jingcheng,
I dont think I understand the question. Does this relate to the PET?
Regarding power rail configuration and topology, the typical recommendation is to follow the reference design, the AM62x Starter Kit.

Hi Colin
I has fixed this query, according the TRM mentioned Partial I/O mode , I/O pins and small logics in the CANUART I/O Bank are active, and the rest of the SoC is turned off.
Can you provide the current consumption info under Partial I/O mode?
BR Jingcheng
Hi Jingcheng,
The target power consumption profile for Partial IO mode is under 1mW. We have optimism that we are achieving the target, however this is still under validation.

Colin
Hi Colin
1mW = 3.3 *0.303 , Which means the max current is 303uA?
Is my understand correct?
BR Jingcheng
Hi JIngcheng,
Your math/understanding is correct but we are still validating the performance and power consumption on an SoC level, and have not formally committed to this yet.

Colin
