AM625: Problems booting up am6254A with new micro

Part Number: AM625

Hello TI,

We have problems getting our latest batch with AM6254A up and running, previous once working.

The working once have pre production samples of the micro partnr “XAM6254A…..”

The NOT working once have samples of the micro part nr “AM6254A…..”

The micro is the only thing that differs.

We use SDK Linux for AM62x 08.05.00.21.

Booting via Ethernet and we get stuck in the R5 SPL.

What have we missed?
