Please note the below 

TI ensures that the values are unique as defined by the IEEE and nothing more. 

While these are indeed GUIDs, that customers should not attempt to use them for other purposes such as pooled device tracking.

They can and will change dramatically from device-to-device depending on the parent GUID blocks purchased from the IEEE by TI. 

FYI,

in general, https://ouilookup.com/search/texas%20instruments (or other similar tools) shows the first 3 bytes of the MAC address and can be used to confirm the numbers on AM64x are TI OUI.

Could you confirm above "Yes" is answer for which one? I guess for b).
a) Is it ok to use these MAC addresses in customers' end equipment?
