TDA4VM: Documentation on Black-Channel to identify failure modes of DDRRAM controller

Dear TI Team,

I see from TI website (Reference: Additonal ASIL-D performance_DRAM.pdf), following slide which talks about black channel to identify several failure modes of DDRRAM controller.

I don't see any information related to such diagnostic measures either in TI Safety Manual or TRM of TDA4VH.

Could you please provide more details/documentation on this black channel in TDA4VH.

    Sorry, I couldn't recollect the website/online pdf info from where I took this snapshot.

    Ignore the diagram. Information I need to know is if TI used any black channel implementation to check faults against DDRRAM controller?
