DRA821U: SysConfig support for DRA821U SR2.0

Hi TI

A customer would like to know if the current version of SysConfig tool would be able to support SR2.0 as well even though the tools does not contain SR2.0 item in the device list.

They are going to use SR2.0 for their next revision board this week.

Please clarify if Customer can use the SR1.0 device for SR2.0 device in SysConfig device selection. e.g. Pin-to-Pin and Functionality points of view.

    What version of SysConfig are you using currently? And is the main usage just the PinMux tool?

    Thanks for your prompt reply.

    We're using the SysConfig 1.15.0_2826 release as cloud version.

    The main usage is just for PinMux as you said.

    Hi Jack,

    Thank you for confirming the SysConfig version. You can continue to use the existing SysConfig with the J7200_DRA821_SR1.0_Alpha as the device for PinMux.

    The pad configurations are not changed between the DRA821 SR1.0 and SR2.0. This is typically also the case between different versions for a given SoC, unless specifically noted otherwise in the DataSheet.
