Yes, the Clock Tree Tool should appear as a selection under  "Software Product".

I am not sure what the release notes will contain.

I have confirmed that AM62x is supported by AM6x.
The following settings will be shared with our customers.

Also, I see products with different packages such as AM62xA.
Does this mean that these products are not catalog products?

I am not sure I understand your question.  There are multiple devices listed for the Pinmux tool (Software Product entry should be empty for pinmux tool).  Some of the devices do have different package options, for example AM62x has both ALW and AMC package options

I have just checked because there was a product called "AM62Ax" and was curious about it. 

Where is the product website for this new product?
How is this product different from the "AM62x"?
