CCSTUDIO: Custom Extensions to CCS

Adding a custom debug probe (new connection type) is not supported.

However, I believe our XDS100v2 is also based off the FT2232H. I'm wondering if you can have that JTAG device be recognized as an XDS100v2 and use it that way with CCS.
