AM625: Memory and Flash device families compatible with AM625 Processor

We don't typically make specific device recommendations.  It is up to the customer to determine if the device is compatible by checking the device datasheet against the processor requirements.

For DDR, we support JEDEC compliant devices.  Please check the DDR layout guidelines https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sprad06 for more details on the topologies we support.  Note that the app note says VTT termination is required, but as long as you have a single DDR4 device, we support VTT-less designs (much like the AM62x EVM)
