AM4377: Secure boot configuration and the flash size

Thank you for the quick response. I will try to explain what happens:

We are using our custom Qt application for downloading boot loader over UART. (SYSBOOT[4:0] = 11010)

After that program_QSPI() function writes the flash over QSPI.

The boot loader firmware has been sent over the UART, I can see that from QT app, but there is no acknowledgement received.

If I use a board with 512Mb flash, everything works.

What is AM437x part number on your board?
My understanding is you're able to boot your board (+new flash), and have issue in program_QSPI(). Is my understanding right?

The part number is AM4377BZDND80S. The first stage ROM boot loader starts up, it reads from UART0, that is correct. But I can not download a firmware to the flash.

Upon reset, your flasher is loaded by RBL over UART, and then your flasher starts to run...but somehow lockup...
Is my understanding correct?

How did you know the flasher starts to run... I'm trying on how to bisect the issue here:
a/. if the flasher runs => authentication passed => not related to HS => debug your flasher... vs the new flash...
b/. if the flasher doesn't run => the first check on anything missing on signing the flasher...
