We plan to use TDA4AL in our project and need to implement the HSM function. There is some requirement in our group standard and we'd like to see whether the chip can meet it.
For the SMS(security management system), what's the power computation of the M4F core? For the ROM, is it PROM? Can it be reprogrammed?
Is there any flash embedded on the chip for HSM only purpose usage? If so, what's the size of the P Flash and D Flash. Is there any SRAM on it?
In the technical reference manual, it's noted there is 128KB IMEM and 48KB DMEM. The IMEM and DMEM means instruction memory and data memory? Is so, it's DRAM or Flash?
