DM37X eval module kernel panics

It is very difficult to comment anything with such limited information, can you please provide more details like,

 - Which kernel version you are using?

 - Any specific scenario in which this issue is observed?

 - Complete boot log of the system

I am using the 2.6.32 that came with the eval board. I can just leave it sit there and after a while it panics.

You can either use PSP03.00.01.06 release package which has simple filesystem package http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/psp/LinuxPSP/OMAP_03_00/03_00_01_06/index_FDS.html OR you can build is through narcissus - http://narcissus.angstrom-distribution.org/.
