Could you tell me about the release schedule for the AM625x prevew products?
In particular, it would be helpful if you could tell me just AM6251x.

AM6231ASGGGAALW seemed to have already been released.

We're going to release the AM6251 device part very soon, probably around 2 months. For more details, you may want to reach out to your local TI representatives.

PS: Given all AM62x family devices has the hardware pin to pin compatible feature, for the sake of your design timeline, you may want to start with a www.ti.com released part now and considering to switch to a final part release in the future.
