AM4376: Need to calculate TOPS (Trillion Operations per Second)

Hi, 

I am using AM4376BZDNA80 for my design... Currently am trying to determine the TOPS of the processor to determine some performance estimates of the processor for comparison of Categories used in determining the ECCN Number,

below are the two questions posed by our agent

1. Integrated circuits that have or are programmable to have aggregate bidirectional transfer rate over all inputs and output of 600Gbytes/s or more to or from Integrated circuits other than volatile memories \

    Does this device exceed this capability

2. Does, One or more digital processor units executing machine instructions having a bit length per operation multiplied by performance measure in TOPS, aggregated over all processors units of 4800 or more

Can you please guide me on how to calculate the same?

    Can you provide some information on the development environment you are using.

    Have you looked at ARM or similar documentation for available benchmarks? 

    The Available benchmarking is on TI.com product page.
