We have started working on a project, requirements of the project is to have low cost solution and processor have a camera interface, audio interface, AI support as well as I2C must configure as a slave

We list out AM623 processor

But, we have few doubts regarding I2C and AI,

Firstly, can we configure I2C as a slave?
Secondly, modules that support AI?

Is it already available in the market?

we require 100K qty. of the SOC, so can you provide us a lead time as well as quotation for the same

So it is better for us to provide an information from your side and if you have another processors which are suitable for our requirement then kindly know us

I'll defer to our tech expert's comment on the I2C configuration question.

for the AM623, yes, it has some parts already in the mass production status now.

And both samples and EVMs are available today.

We can support this quality, standard lead time will be 16~20 weeks for small volume, for mass volume, it depends.

However, the M4F core on the AM62x processor supports BOTH master and slave I2C mode: https://software-dl.ti.com/mcu-plus-sdk/esd/AM62X/08_05_00_14/exports/docs/api_guide_am62x/DRIVERS_I2C_PAGE.html

Hello,

Regarding the interest in AI, this device does not include hardware acceleration for AI tasks, but the default Linux image does include Tensorflow lite and ONNX runtime for running neural networks on the CPU. This includes libraries/headers for C/C++ projects and the Python library bindings.
