tda4_sdk_rtos "Vision Apps" integrates different components within Processor SDK RTOS (PSDK RTOS) like Free RTOS, PDK, OpenVX, Algorithms to realize system applications for vision processing like surround view, auto park assist.

There is no vision_apps inside xdais, but if you are refering the ivision, then this is just an interface being used by the TIDL to access the structures from xdais.
