TDA4VM: NOR Flash not retrieved data after power reset

I have created ticket for NOR flash but its too lengthy.

So i am creating new ticket with latest issue.

Brijesh replied in above ticket for last comment: can you check in your MPU configuration if the region you are trying to access for OSPI is cached? If it is, please call Cachp_wb on this region to make sure cache contents are written to OSPI.

Can you please elaborate more regarding Cachp_wb so, i can use it to resolve issue.

Hi Sandeep,

Essentially CacheP_wb API flushes the content of the cache at a given location to DDR/Flash. So if OSPI memory is mapped and its content is updated, it should be flushed..

Hi Sandeep,

Is the flash really enabled in the core? I am wondering it, there is no other reason.

Were you able to access this flash from Linux or from SBL?

Is it OSPI SBL? Because only OSPI SBL supports accessing OSPI.

SBL booted from SD card cannot access OSPI directly, because it does not initialize OSPI module.

Either you need to use OSPI SBL and boot SBL from OSPI or initialize OSPI in SBL for SD, in order to access OSPI in SBL.
