I have experienced with NXP/IMX6 and YOCTO. I had bringup boards both Variscite and Custom boards. I am new with TI and BeagleBoard Black (TI AM3358).
I bitbaked a yocto for beaglebone black. I have MLO, u-boot, z-Image, dts (even rootfs) files.
I have questions :).
first question about beaglebone (I erase the EMMC intentionally, because the while working with custom board i will see that scenario.):
*While we were working with NXP, we had used MGF tool to flash (reach and write my load to emmc). What is equivalent program for TI? Is it CSS uniflash (I have also setup RNDIS driver).
*There are some methods for flashing emmc, I have read from TI documentation via SD card method. My plan is using custom board at the second step and i will not place any SD cart slot to my PCB. So direct question is that:
Is there any method, to write emmc via USB (processor will be same (AM3358)). What i need? What are the steps? Is there any valid documentation?
