TNET1060 Part Number

This is an older part and the data sheet that I have has no information how to decode the part number.

For your reference, our chip is marked TNETV1060ZDW.  it has been suggested to use TNETV1060FNBGDW and I don't know what differences are between our part and the suggestion.

Please let me know how to decode the part number, and if TNETV1060FNBGDW is an acceptable replacement for our part.
