DM6437 device nomenclature

Hi All,

I have two different DM6437 chips & following is written on it.

1. TMS320DM6437ZWTQ6

$NC 94A77W

2. TMS320DM6437ZWTQ6

$NC 03AHSIW

 

Can someone tell me what is the difference between 94A77W & 03AHSIW ?

Because when I run same code on both the chips, the one with 94A77W stops after 5 mins. But the other one works fine.

    Hello Mitul,

    The 94A77W is not a valid symbol.  Can you double check and let us know.  It should be 7 char like 03AHSI.

    About the failure, can you give us the failure rate?  Is is possible to send us the device for testing?
