designing omap3530 with non-pop memory

Currently, most of the open source schematic and layout with omap3530 is using pop package micron NAND flash and LPSDRAM. For cost reason and flexibility, I like to design my board with non-stacking method. Do you have any reference design on schematic and layout for this area. I am concern whether there is any maximum distance between the placement of these 3 chips, Omap3530, NAND flash rom and LPSDRAM.
