DDR4 TEN Pin

Hi All, a bit of a left field question - DDR4 supports a built in test mode to allow testing of the high speed lines. A dedicated pin is provided on the DDR4 devices to achieve this called the "TEN" or Test Enable Pin. In normal operation it is held low but pulling it high puts the ddr4 ran chip into test mode

My question is: Is there any firmware support/Tools that have been written that would allow us to make use of this pin? I would like to make use of it in field as it makes prototyping much easier

Regards
