CCSTUDIO: When I install the CCS, the process stuck at the step "dio.installer.msvc2017.win64_14_30.30708.jar"

I am trying to install CCS 1220 Version. But the installation process stuck at the step"dio.installer.msvc2017.win64_14_30.30708.jar". You can refer to the following picture. Pls help this. Thanks.

What host OS version are you using?

Can you provide all logs in: <CCS INSTALL DIR>\ccs\install_logs ?

I am using win 8.1. 0333.install_logs.zip

Please note that the last version of CCS to support Windows 8.x is CCS 10.4.0. If you cannot update your Windows version, please try that older CCS version.

I would like to use CCS to build Jacinto PDK. Can you help to identify whether CCS 10.4.0 is used? Thanks.
