Hello -

We're from Gracenote. We have Jacinto6 evaluation boards which we installed 6AM 1.1.3 on _years_ ago. .

We are trying to reflash the boards with AAOS.

Are these boards still supported?
What is the latest version of Android that is compatible with them.

Hi Greg,

We released a newer version of Android here: https://software-dl.ti.com/infotainment/jacinto6/android/6AO_1_1_Release/index_FDS.html

Again this was about 3 years ago.

There is no further development on Android planned with the Jacinto 6. You will have to use the available release and migrate as needed. Support is very limited.

Is there a successor evaluation board we could buy?

Our specific use case requires radio, and being able to get the audio from the radio.

For Jacinto 6, we worked with someone at TI to produce a custom RadioApp that sent us the audio, as well as to the speakers.

I apologize - I've forgotten his name.

Hi Greg,

Can you look into AM625 and the corresponding SDK here: https://www.ti.com/tool/PROCESSOR-SDK-AM62X

It has a more recent Android offering - please look further to see if this suits your needs.

I think I know what you are are referring to about RadioApp, RadioApp is also no longer actively developed or supported.
