LPDDR drive strength setting for AM3715CBP?

I wonder if there is any recommendation about the LPDDR output drive strength setting when a LPDDR is used with PoP mount method? The default value in SDRC_EMR2_reg is 00 (Full strength), but when LPDDR is in PoP the connection is very short. Do we still need full strength? Does "weak strength" have any benefit in PoP mode?

Hello,

switching to half strength on the LPDDR should be fine and will draw less power.

Thanks for the reply. But does this setting have any benefit to improve signal integrity? We are using PoP mounted DDR and connection between DDR and MCU is very short (ball to ball).
