SK-AM62: How to read VTM temp sensor value from SDK

Please use the following Linux command to read the VTM temp sensors. The output is in mC.

cat /sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone*/temp

The customer tried the command, but it does not work.
Here is the log output.

I think the EVM customer uses and Linux image are too old.
The SK-AM62 revision is PROC114E1.
Could you tell me which SDK version supports these commands and work with that old board revision?
The customer does not setup Linux build environment yet, so prebuild binary is required.
