Can you please let me know which version of python would be included into Yocto SDK default image?

And also let me know if python 3.7 and the newer version could be applicable for customer's application requirement.

Please clarify what you are talking about with "Yocto SDK default image" (e.g., provide a link to the exact version of the SDK you are referencing)

Hi Nick

I meant the python included in ti-default-image below. A customer would like to use python version 3.7 or above.

I supposed their application is based on python rather than C/C++.

I would ask them to use Debian/Ubuntu if they want to install the new one as they also want to use toolchain gcc version c14 or above.

Am I right?

Python 3.8 is part of the tisdk-default-image target.
