I have exactly the same problem as reported in CCSTUDIO: CCS_ERROR: Unable to install repotype executable - Processors forum - Processors - TI E2E support forums
I have tried installing 12.0, 12.1 and 12.2 and they give exactly the same error as reported above.
I am currently doing a full install.
