Hi,

If the SD card is not used, is the VDDSHV5 (G17) pin still needed? Can it be leave unconnected?

VDDSHV5 power supply terminals cannot be left unconnected. Please connect the power pins to either 1.8V or 3.3V, depending on your preference for the voltage level of the VDDSHV5 I/O bank signals.
