SK-AM64B: it is not working.

SK-AM64B is not working. Please tell me how to resolve that.

-situation

I set the BOOT MODE switch as shown in the "AM64x Starter Kit EVM Quick Start Guide (ti.com)" guide picture.

I wrote the WIC image of PROCESSOR-SDK-LINUX-RT-AM64X to the SD card.

I inserted the SD card with the WIC image into the SK-AM64B.

Then I turned it on, but I couldn't find the PORT even when I plugged the USB into the DEBUG CONSOLE.

LD15 and LD18 continue to shine.

And I can't find com port when I connected form PC to J11 ( DEBUG CONSOLE ) by USB.

- If dont see any USB serial ports listed in "Device Manager" under "Ports (COM & LPT)", then make sure you have installed the UART to USB driver from FTDI, https://www.ftdichip.com/FTDrivers.htm.

have you tried installing ftdi drivers separately

Thank you for the advice.

I installed FDTI's driver in my PC, but there is nothing under listed "Device Manager" under "Ports (COM & LPT)".
Will the CP2105 work without AM64x is not boot?
I think CP2105 isn't running.
Could you tell me how to check AM64x is boot or is not?

I would like to correct myself. The driver to be used is different for SK Boards , see extract below

If dont see any USB serial ports listed in "Device Manager" under "Ports (COM & LPT)", then make sure you have installed the UART to USB driver from Silicon labs,https://www.silabs.com/developers/usb-to-uart-bridge-vcp-drivers.

Please try the driver listed above and let me know if you are able to see the ports.

The reason of this issue was the power supply was underpowered.
