Hi Lin,

By S3 do you mean "suspend to RAM"? It is supported in Processor SDK 8.6. Please see the following document for details.

In the link, it mentions k3-am625-sk-lpmdemo.dtb. Does it work for AM623?

Hi Jesse,

Yes, this DTB will work on AM623 too. The difference between AM625 and AM623 is the latter doesn't have GPU. This difference doesn't affect DeepSleep mode on AM623.
