Is there anyway we can have the source code of the serial flashers for OMAP L137 in order to modify them ?

I mean, I do not want to use serial flash from CCStudio but the ".exe" one.

Yes, there is source code. Have you downloaded and opened it?

Yes, there is full source in the tar.gz file. Everything required to rebuild is there except the compiler tools and the compiler environment (typically you would use Cygwin).
