Please download the Processor SDK RTOS for C674x: https://www.ti.com/tool/PROCESSOR-SDK-OMAPL138#downloads.

Once you install the SDK, you should be able to find C:\ti\pdk_omapl138_1_0_11\packages\ti\boot\sbl, where the bootloader source code is.

Please note that TI has stopped supporting bare-metal or TI-RTOS based SW development for C674x. Please refer to this announcement and find consolidated resources there.
