where can I get the timing data for the ddr2 interface of the am3517 device?

(output delays and setup and hold times,etc. )

This will be required to validate the prototype.

    Hello Craig,

    We do not call out the specific AC timings for the DDR interface, instead, we have adopted the DDR routing guidelines as the method of guidance for layout.  We adhear to the JEDEC standard and if you follow the guidelines then your system will be well within spec.
