I need to know difference between both the socs mentioned. Also are the SOCs are pin to pin compatible?

Yes the TDA4VLow and TDA4VMideco are pin-to-pin compatible. The TDA4VMideco is a superior device to the TDA4Vlow as it is allocated more computational resources in comparison.
