DRA74P: DRA742 Wifi Detect -- Unable to detect Wifi via PCIe

we are using Wifi module connected to J6 DRA742 on PCIe interface.
We are unable to detect the Wifi even when all necessary signals are provided

         Kindly find the observation,

          We are using J6 vayu BSP in our custom board and We are taking the reference of am572x EVM BSP.As per am572x we configure dpll pcie clock frequency.In am572x EVM we are getting 100MHZ frequence but in our j6 Vayu custom board we are not getting 100MHZ pcie clock.We compared both BSP and all the configuration are same.Some register value also we checked that also same.Kindly find below register values related to Pcie clock.

    Do you plan to use external or internal ref clock?
