Our customer has a concern as shown:
He has some troubles with CCS. He gets message "forbidden" when he try to open Resource Explorer. He can open Resource Explorer in his Internet browser. He set "Native" mode in Network Connections in CCS. He has cleared the directories listed in the troubleshooting guide, and restarted CCS several times.
Additional Information. Also, he saw such messages: "Connection to http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_ccstudio/CCSv5/Updates/content.jar failed on PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target. Retry attempt 0 started" in updating log.

But then, I received feedback as shown below:

2. I have suppressed work of windows firewall
3. I have tried use "Help->Install New Software", but get "Unable to

But the problem is still with me, I still can see "403 Forbidden" when
press "Resource Explorer" or "Browse and Import Examples" at the
"Getting Started Page". In error log i can see "REX Setting browser URL
to: ">dev.ti.com/tirex4-desktop" in Message field and "An exception
stack trace is not available." in Exception Stack Trace.
May be I can try something else?

Our system admin doesn't find reason of message "403 Forbidden". Could
you say, where can we find any additional information about what CCS
doesn't like? May be there are any logs which we should look?
Problem of "unable to find valid certification path to requested target"
solved by changing settings. But I still cann't open resource browser
inside CCS (in external internet browser it opens without any problems).

Unfortunately I have many new troubles with CCS. I am didn't how i done
it, but now i receive Crash report Job in status bar. I have reinstall
CCS, but Crashreport Job still with me. After that I have erased all
records containing ccs or simlelink or eclipse in windows registry,
after that I have installed CCS in another folder (and another disk
also), but Crash report Job is still with me. Now I try to understand
reasons of these troubles.
Because of it I still not create request in E2E forum.
Maybe you could answer what the message "An internal error occurred
during: "Replace IU job" means?
