SK-AM62: Booting issue

We were trying to boot the sithara SK_AM62 with android from SD card but were not able to do it. We used the image which is given in the TI site.

We tried Linux also, the same issue was found.

We got the android booted, but it shows an error message. That is "There is an internal problem with your device. Contact your manufacturer for details."

Hi,

this message on screen is not a problem it probably link to a device plug on your board on USB port.

i have same error when i have multiple input device for example.

except this message what is your exact problem ?
please share step and logs
