TDA4VM: Is it possible to use JPEG-IMAGE-ENCODER with C66x in PSDK 8.4.0.6?

I want to use the JPEG-IMAGE-ENCODER on the C66x provided by TI.

• JPEG Baseline Profile Encoder (v02.02.03) on C66x

I have questions as follows

1. I am currently using PSDK 8.4.0.6, is JPEG-IMAGE-ENCODER for C66x available in that version?
   1. If it is available, can I use the sample code you provided (TestAppEncoder.c, idmjpge.h, alg_create.c, alg_malloc.c)?
2. Can I use JPEG-IMAGE-ENCODER of C66x in PSDK 7.3?
   1. If it is available, can I use the sample code provided as it is?(TestAppEncoder.c, idmjpge.h, alg_create.c, alg_malloc.c)
3. Is there any other way to do JPEG-IMAGE-ENCODER with c66x in PSDK 8.4.0.6 environment?
   
   
4. Is JPEG-IMAGE-ENCODER dependent on the SYS/BIOS environment? Is it not possible to use it in the FREE RTOS environment?
