Setup.htm for Android 2.2 is missing

I was trying to follow the quick start guide of AM/DM37x instructions , in the 16 step it is said that we have to view the setup.htm located in the START HERE FOLDER on the SD card but i didn't find this one(setup.htm)...could you please help me  fixing this issue??
