Hi Team,

I want to know whether any of the ethernet ports / UART ports / any other ports available in the DRA821 processor can be used as a debug port except MAIN_UART0. If yes, how can we implement that?

Are you asking about getting a debug/terminal port from a UART (other than MAIN_UART0)? Are you using TI's EVM or custom hardware?

Hi Robert,

We are going to design a board using DRA821 processor. We are using all RGMII ports in our design so that we can't able to use MAIN_UART0 for debugging. We want to know whether any other UART ports other than MAIN_UART0 can be used for debugging in DRA821 or We want to know Can we able to use any of the ethernet ports for debugging in DRA821 processor.

Any of the UART ports can be used for terminal. You will just need to adjust the SDK software (or whatever software you are using) to communicate with the desired UART.
