The user manual for the SK states "4GB LPDDR4 supporting data rate up to 4266 Mb/s".
Referring to the document PROC135E2_SCH.pdf, the block diagram shows an LPDDR4 memory device MT53E2G32D4DE (2 Gbit x 32, 4 Die ). I believe this is the device fitted.
However the schematic sheets (for example sheet 16) show a device MT53E1G32D2 ( 1Gbit x 32, 2 Die ).
I wish to replicate the design with the 4GB RAM, is there a matching schematic available to help with that?
Is the figure 2.2 in SPRAD66 the correct example?
The intention is to have a different form factor of board, using the same parts and therefore same BSP as the SK, if that is realistic.
