AM5718: driver support for SGX GPU is deprecated?

"The first thing to note is that the driver support for SGX GPU devices, such as AM57), has deprecated."

We are surprised by the sentence that the driver support for SGX GPU is deprecated. What exactly does this mean? What would be the way to receive support in the current version of Linux SDK?

Gonzalo,

There is no more support for SGX. If an issue is found in the GPU driver, we will not be able to assist. You have the following options:

1) Request the source code, with an agreement in place this can take place and you can debug the issue

2) Speak to a third party that can support the issue

We have an NDA in place with TI, how do we have to proceed to get the source code?

Hello Gonzalo,

There needs to be a Software License Agreement in place as well as an approval from the GPU IP vendor (Imagination Technologies).
