Hi,

I am using AM1808 with Sharp - LQ043T1DG01 tft Lcd 4.3 inch module. Now i am able to see the image in horizontal(LandScape ) view. I want to see all the applications and images in Vertical ( Portrait ) view.

I used this in command line # echo 3 > /sys/class/graphics/fbcon/rotate_all

It rotates 270 degree angle of the existing image. Once the power OFF and ON it again start from Landscape. Can i have the settings or changes required in driver.

Please Any one can give your valuable suggestions.

Hi,

Above i mentioned console command which will rorate based on your rotation angle. You need to set this command in your file system while booting.

Aslo need to modify driver level in rotate file(/drivers/video/) for LCD display.

It only affects console screen I am using directfb to design an UI so these console commands like "echo 2 > /sys/class/graphics/fbcon/rotate_all" doesnt change my UI. I dont understand why but its true. Sorry but I have to ask which file is rotate file in the /drivers/video?
