Can AM62X EVM eMMC MTFC16GAPALBH-IT be replaced by MTFC16GAPALBH-AAT ? If so , what shall I modify in U-boot or config. ?

    From the part number differences, it looks like the only differences may be operating temperature range. However, you should contact Micron to understand the differences between the two devices.
