TIDL Div operator support

Currently we do not support Div op.

You can use MUL op with (1/n) as an alternative , where "n" is the constant denominator.  

In our operation the 'n' values is dynamic values so for this aspects which one should go for 

Currently this is not supported, we will internally align on this requirement and get back to this thread on the plan 

That would be highly appreciated and would like to knw the progress on this thread
