674X mDDR PCB Routing Rules, where?

I know TI recommends PCB routing rules for the mDDR layout.  I've found the document that gives background on this approach.  However, I can't find the document that specifies the mDDR routing rules for the 6746 or 6748.  Thanks, Chris
