MY chip is tms320c6747.

So the 2 specific documents you need are:

• C674x CPU and Instruction Set User's Guide
• C674x DSP Megamodule Reference Guide

See the Interrupt Controller chapter of the Megamodule guide.  Those registers control the mapping of one of the 128 possible interrupts (listed in datasheet) down to one of the 12 CPU interrupts.  Then look in the Interrupts chapter of the CPU Guide.

The 64x+ core in 6455 is identical in terms of setting interrupts to the 674x core (6747).  You now have all the info you need to do it.

The projects inside the C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\pspdrivers_01_30_00_05\packages\ti\pspiom\cslr (follow thw GSG to install the software) do not use DSP/BIOS and have interrupts, like for example the timer example:

C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\pspdrivers_01_30_00_05\packages\ti\pspiom\cslr\evm6747\examples\timer\build\Timer_example.pjt

Our DSP/BIOS examples use drivers to talk to the peripherals, and use interrupts:

C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\pspdrivers_01_30_00_05\packages\ti\pspiom\examples\evm6747

But because the examples with drivers are more complex, it might be difficult to understand the interrupts with those examples. So I recommend to look at what Brad is pointing you to.
