I am new to Linux environment, I have a project were I need to deal with RS485 through UART. I know tty0 is already enable and I can talk to it through the terminal. What I am having a hart time with is getting examples and understanding the whole thing. I need someone to point me in the right direction, I usually understand better with examples, I am also having a hard time finding what functions to call to control tty0. Is there a good book or another source?
