Hi,
Which processor is used in SK-AM68 Evaluation Board SOM module?
As per the design files (BoM), the processor used is XJ721S2GAALZ.
Please clarify the processor used is XJ721S2GAALZ or AM68A92ATGGHAALZR.

Hi,
Yes, XJ721S2GAALZ is the device on the SOM. It is the superset device for AM68Ax device family.
Superset means all possible IPs are available on this device but AM68Ax device will have subset of the IPs.
Please refer to device datasheet for the details of what IPs are available.
Hi Stanley,
Thanks for the information.
Are both processors drop-in replaceable ?
Does the SDK, Drivers provided for SK-AM68 EVM straightaway work with AM68A92ATGGHAALZR processor ?
Also is there any plan to come up with a SOM module using AM68A92ATGGHAALZR processor in near future ?

That's correct.

Yes. We will update the product page once the SOM vender is available.
