SDK: ti-processor-sdk-rtos-j721e-evm-08_01_00_13
Send can frames via canoe to board, triggering the MCAN_INTR_SRC_RX_FIFO0_MSG_LOST, FIFO0 msg lost interrupt.
Cannot send or receive can frames via mcu_mcan0. The mcu_mcan1 is working properly.

We shall get this triggering of interrupt when Rx FIFO 0 message lost.
Kindly check the configuration ,baud rate details .We have CAN app example mcusw/mcal_drv/mcal/examples/Can/soc/j721e/mcu1_0/CanApp_Startup.c which can be helpful.
Are you using TI board or custom board ?
